This is your foundational class. A supportive, technique-focused reformer class that introduces the fundamental principles of Pilates. This class breaks down essential movements, alignment, breathing, and core engagement at a steady, approachable pace. You’ll learn how to move with intention and build a strong foundation for all other Pilates classes. Ideal for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of Pilates fundamentals. Is this class right for me? Yes—this class is perfect if you're new to Pilates, returning after a break, managing an injury (with clearance), or wanting to refine your technique. It’s also a great reset for experienced clients.

A challenging, full-body reformer Pilates class designed to build deep, functional strength. Using controlled, low-impact movements, this class focuses on core stability, muscular endurance, and precise technique. Expect slower, intentional sequences, challenging holds, and creative progressions that target the entire body—especially the core, glutes, and upper body. This class is ideal for those looking to feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in their movement. While accessible, it is physically demanding and best suited for clients with some Pilates experience. Is this class right for me? This class is ideal if you’re looking to build strength, feel challenged, and already have some familiarity with Pilates or structured movement. Modifications are offered, but beginners may prefer starting with Root before progressing to this class.

A dynamic, creative reformer class that blends Pilates with elements of strength training, mobility, balance, and functional movement. This class is ideal for those who enjoy variety and want a fun, challenging workout that keeps both the body and mind engaged. Is this class right for me? This class is great if you enjoy variety, feel confident in your movement, and like being challenged in new ways. Some Pilates experience is recommended.

A slow, gentle reformer class designed to calm the nervous system and release physical tension. This class focuses on mindful movement, deep stretching, and breathwork, with plenty of time to settle into each position. Perfect for rest days, stress relief, or anyone seeking a softer approach to movement. Using props, foam rollers and triggerpoint balls, this class leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored. Is this class right for me? This class is ideal if you’re feeling stressed, fatigued, sore, or simply want a slower, more nurturing movement experience. Not suitable for those with severe osteoporosis, blood clots or on blood thinners, or advanced diabetes. We will be doing myofascial release, please consult a doctor if you’re unsure if this is right for you.
